Frequently asked questions
How do I start the free trial?
Contact us by WhatsApp, phone or email with your name, your office and your bar number. We create your office and send you your login details. The trial lasts 30 days and needs no card.
Is my office's data separate from other offices?
Yes. Every office has its own database and its own address, for example yourname.lawyeroffice.me. The data of one office is never stored with the data of another.
Can my team work in different languages?
Yes. Each user chooses Arabic, English or French, on the web and in the apps. Lists such as courts and case types have names in all three languages.
Do I need a Google account?
No. Google is optional. If you connect your office's Google account, documents go to your Google Drive and appointments can sync with Google Calendar. Otherwise documents are stored on our servers.
What happens if my subscription ends?
You get a 7-day grace period. After that, the office becomes read-only: you can still see and print everything, and your data is not deleted. Renew at any time to continue working.
How do I pay?
The subscription is $150 per office per year. You can pay in cash, by bank transfer, by cheque, by OMT or Whish Money, or online by card.
Can I export my data?
Yes. You can export your clients to Excel and print statements and lists at any time. On request, we provide a full export of your office's data.
